The first Livestream covered changes and updates in the seventh edition of the Association for Project Management Body of Knowledge (APM BoK7). These included: The addition of agile lifecycles, the new role of the product owner and the guidance of virtual project teams. These changes represent a significant evolution for the advice on how to manage projects.

This live stream also covered the introduction of on-line exam for the Association for Project Management Qualification. With a brief overview of the technical and physical requirements for taking the exam on-line.

This is the first in a series of four live streams covering:

  • Linear, irrelative and hybrid lifecycles,
  • The role of the product owner,
  • Critical chain planning and control,
  • Guidance on the new APM PMQ exams. Note: people new to project management may prefer to start with a Project Fundamentals course and qualification such as APM PFQ.
